Inspection and Warranty for Products at GVN

At GVN (Global Vendor Network), we place special emphasis on the quality and reliability of the IT equipment we supply. Our clients receive products that have passed strict quality control, backed by the manufacturer’s warranty and additional support from our side.

Product Inspection

We source equipment directly from manufacturers, official suppliers, vendors, and dealers in the USA, Germany, China, and other countries.

Upon arrival at our warehouse in China, each product undergoes a detailed inspection:
✔ Visual inspection for damages and defects.
✔ Photographing of the products before shipping.
✔ Video recording available upon client request.

Shipment is carried out only after the client confirms the product’s compliance based on the provided photo and video materials.

If necessary, we can perform additional inspections for products that require more detailed testing due to their specifications or features.

Warranty Terms

We provide warranty coverage depending on the product category:

  1. New Products
    Standard warranty – 1 year.
    Extended warranty (for selected brands) – 2–3 years.
    Some models may have a 6-month warranty (specified individually).

  2. Refurbished Products
    Warranty from 3 months up to 1 year, depending on the manufacturer and equipment category.

  3. Used Products
    Warranty for used products is 3 months.

Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee secure packaging and full product compliance before shipping.
However, GVN (Global Vendor Network) is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation due to:

  • Damage caused by logistics partners (either ours or selected by the client).

  • Violations of transportation conditions not attributable to us.

Nevertheless, we always strive to assist in resolving any delivery issues.
If problems arise, we will help communicate with the transport company and do everything possible to minimize the consequences.

Additional Warranty Terms

🔹 GVN (Global Vendor Network) is not responsible for transportation costs related to returns or repairs in China.
🔹 Clients are responsible for international shipping costs in case of returns or warranty repairs.
🔹 We organize repairs in cooperation with manufacturers, factories, and authorized agents to ensure minimal restoration costs.
